Grapho-Lock: Document verification

Question : How to verify the status of your signed Word document ?

A. I Haven’t downloaded Yet Grapho-Lock Signature tool !

A Grapho-Lock digitally signed word document holds a small red cocarde at the bottom and a graphical signature in it !

When you click on it it displays the digital signature status form.
See hereunder for detailed explanations :

You can when you sign your document (with Microsoft Office 2003) either leave it free for edition or you can protect it against any edition.
Note : From Office 2007 on, a digitally signed Word document cannot be edited anymore.

In case the document is allowed to be edited, any tiny change in the content will change the digital signature status to wrong !
(A Cross in the digital signature verification form, see hereunder)
I have added “Modified !” in the document Body !

So that you can be confident no one can pretend modifying for example a Pro-Format invoice on behalf of you, because the only legally valued document is the Digitally signed one with a valid digital signature! If you save the modifications made to a digitally signed document, you will loose the digital signature(s) attached to it !

B. I Have downloaded Grapho-Lock Signature tool !

So I can use Grapho-lock integrated function in the Grapho-lock toolbar menu Click on the red cocarde from the menu and the signature details form will display:
